Enjoy your new furniture in your home for up to 14 days. If it doesn't meet your needs, you can send it back to us for free!

31-Day Low-Price Guarantee
If you find the same item in our trading area for less within 31 days of buying it from us, we'll refund 112 percent of the difference.

120-Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee
If you buy a mattress for over $999, you can try it in your home for up to 120 nights. If it's not right for you, you can send it back!
Sales Terms & Conditions:
- Special Order merchandise canceled will be charged a 30% restocking fee
- No cancellations on special order merchandise after 72 hours from date of delivery or pickup
- In Stock merchandise cancelled will result in an in-store credit only
- Mattresses & other sleep-related products are NOT eligible for returns
- We will contact you once your merchandise arrives to our warehouse. We request that you contact us within 72 hours to schedule your delivery/pick-up
- If you change your delivery appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery, a 5% rescheduling fee will be assessed
- Upon Customer Pick-up your items may require assembly. This includes but is not limited to Entertainment Consoles, Dining Chairs and Cocktail & End Tables
- If items are picked up at our Distribution Center, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the piece to the Distribution Center if any service is required after the sale
- Any orders held beyond 30 days from availability will be assessed a 5% per month storage fee
- All furniture (excluding Yellow Tag & Lucky’s Items) has at least a 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of delivery
- Defective merchandise will be handled in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged or defective merchandise at our discretion, consistent with the manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer’s specifications
- Returned checks will incur a $40 returned check charge
- In the event a refund is due to a customer, please allow 10 days for this to be processed
